Survey Officer / Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist Surveyors or Engineers for daily duties
• Assist preparation of project deliverables and documentation
• Carry out site supervisions or inspections and assist to prepare the reports on findings

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Architectural or Building Studies / Building Technology / Civil Engineering
• Level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language in HKDSE or equivalent
• Knowledge of PC application and proficient in Excel
• At least 2 years' relevant working experiences in building works
• Able to work independently and accuracy is essential
