Survey Officer / Technical Officer
Responsibilities:
Assist Surveyors or Engineers for daily duties
Assist preparation of project deliverables and documentation
Carry out site supervisions or inspections and assist to prepare the reports on findings
Requirements:
Higher Certificate / Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Architectural or Building Studies / Building Technology / Civil Engineering
Level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language in HKDSE or equivalent
Knowledge of PC application and proficient in Excel
At least 2 years' relevant working experiences in building works
Able to work independently and accuracy is essential
